• Quotes can be created the same way you’d create an invoice. And, if your quote is accepted by the customer, press a button and it turns into an invoice.
• As well as providing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reports, there are a wide range of other graphical reports. This means that, even if you’re not finance-savvy, you’ll know how much you’re spending, how much customers are spending with you and have a better picture of how your business is performing day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month.
• Purchases can be automated to save you time. It will also let suppliers know by email when you’ve paid them.
• Banking is simplified when you set up all of the bank accounts you use in the accounting software and view their balances on the dashboard. You can also set up Automatic Bank Feeds to import your bank transactions directly into the software.
